Studies confirm green smoothies leave you hungry but sufficiently full of yourself.

Professor Peter Santer from the University of Queensland spent years researching the matter and said green smoothies mainly left you hungry due to being made of grass and water but help fill you up in other, unexpected ways.

“In theory these smoothies have no hunger satisfying qualities whatsoever but smugness (which is the byproduct of these smoothies) is incredibly effective at producing energy and perkiness”

“Also, smugness helps people feel full of themselves and this is the energy that fuels the health nut”
